Rudd reportedly called both of the people threatened, a contractor and his daughter, and restated the threats.
He may have just dug his hole a bit deeper by starting a fight with a witness in his own case. He’s due back in court on Feb. 10.
He also pleaded not guilty to additional charges of holding drugs.
