Eighteen dates are set to be announced tomorrow for the tour, which is simply called “Paul Simon & Sting: On Stage Together,” with more to be announced soon.
Beginning in 1986, the Human Rights Concerts toured the globe to raise funds and awareness of Amnesty International. Acts like Bruce Springsteen, Sting, U2, Peter Gabriel, Led Zeppelin’s Robert Plant and Jimmy Page and more took the stage to perform for a cause.

From September 25 to October 9, Sting will take over the Public Theater in New York City to play not only his hits, but also songs from his new album, ‘The Last Ship,’ out September 24.
Sting has announced that he’ll release a new record called The Last Ship this fall. It will be the singer’s first album of original material in a decade.
