How You Can Help This Year’s ‘Knock Knock It’s A K-EARTH Christmas’ Recipient

This past month we’ve been talking about Knock Knock, It’s A
K-EARTH Christmas
where our listeners could nominate a deserving family in need of help this holiday season. After reading through all the touching submissions, we’ve zeroed in on one family.

Below is the submission we chose: (Names have been edited out for privacy):

“Hello I would like to nominate my neighbor – she is a single mother of 4 children; 13, 9, 6 and her baby 10 months old.

The 10 month old’s face had a bump on it, she took him to the doctor right away and sadly he has been diagnosed with a cell  – I don’t recall the exact name of the diagnosis but he will need chemotherapy.   You can imagine as a mother how devastating must it be to hear your child will go through something like that specially him being so young – she is very sadden and distraught.

The baby began chemo Dec. 2nd.  with the co-pay expenses, I know this will be very rough holidays for Mom and her children so if there is anything you guys can do to help I would truly appreciate it. She is a very giving and kind person has always been very supportive towards me since we both are single mother’s we try and lift each other up, because it ain’t easy at times.
