It appears Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have reached a temporary agreement over the custody of their children.
Under the temporary custody plan the New York Post reports that both Brad and Angie will have to undergo therapy, individual and separately, and attend family counseling with all six children. Plus during this period Brad will voluntarily submit to random drug and alcohol tests.
All six kids will remain with Jolie at a rented house in Malibu. Pitt can visit but has agreed, according to The Post, that his initial visit will be monitored by a therapist who will decide if further monitoring is needed.
The temporary plan will be in place until October 20th while attorneys for both Pitt and Jolie try to settle things privately to avoid a bitter court battle. If they don’t reach a settlement before October 20th, the temporary settlement could be extended, re-negotiated or handed over to the court system.
