To celebrate, movie is coming back to the big screen to over 700 theaters nationwide this Labor Day weekend for a limited engagement!
Tickets for the one-week only engagement are not yet available for preorder, but Fandango has a “fan alert” page set up that will send out a notification when tickets are available in your location.
The official ghostbusters.com website also has a revamped anniversary site that features all kinds of archival goodies including photos, fan gear, collectibles and more.
If this is exciting news enough, Aykroyd recently revealed during an interview on Today this past Monday that the anticipated third installment of the film is scheduled to start production in 2015.
