Jimmy Fallon may be the new king of Late Night, or so the NBC network thinks, because the proud peacock is threatening celebrities.
According to a report on TMZ, NBC is telling agents/publicists that if a celeb wants to appear on The Tonight Show with Fallon, they cannot appear on ANY other network. That includes even morning shows, not just late night. TMZ reports that sources connected to CBS, ABC and NBC say that the network believes Fallon’s success in ratings give them that bargaining right.
The network said that stars who go on Fallon are allowed to appear on two other shows – NBC’s Today Show and Dateline, or any other similar shows. Sources from Good Morning America say they’ve already had fallout from people trying to book on their show.
