When Mr. Smith went to Washington, I don’t think he had the same issues as Bradley Cooper. During an appearance on The Ellen Show last week, Cooper told an embarrassing story about experiencing a wardrobe malfunction when he attending a White House State Dinner in honor of French President François Hollande.
He explained to Ellen that he’s putting on weight for a movie role and has gained about 15 pounds in four weeks. As a result, none of his clothing fits anymore, and well, when getting dressed for the White House dinner he ran into a slight problem.
“I’m getting dressed, like, 10 minutes before I was supposed to go, and literally the pants go up to like here,” he explained, motioning to his upper thighs, “and I just started laughing, actually this is hilarious — I’m going to meet the president.”
So he said his only option was to “go commando, number one, because there was no room at all.” As you can imagine, the female audience went wild.
