CBS To Rebroadcast Beatles 50th Anniversary Tribute Special

After much fanfare in response to the tribute special celebrating the 50th anniversary of The Beatles’ first Ed Sullivan performance, CBS has announced it will rebroadcast the The Night That Changed America: A GRAMMY Salute To The Beatles Wednesday night.

The special drew in an impressive 13.95 million average viewers Sunday night, coming in second only to Olympics coverage. The evening featured an array of artists including Joe Walsh, Stevie Wonder, The Eurythmics, Alicia Keys, John Legend and more paying tribute to Beatles songs.

The encore broadcast of The Night That Changed America: A GRAMMY Salute To The Beatles airs Wednesday, Feb. 12 at 8:30-11pm on CBS.
