Lenny Kravitz Covers The Beatles “Get Back” On Letterman

All this week, The Late Show With David Letterman has been paying tribute to The Beatles‘ 50th anniversary of the band’s first U.S. TV debut on the Ed Sullivan Show with special performances from artists covering Beatles hits.

Wednesday night, rocker Lenny Kravitz took the stage to perform a bluesy cover of “Get Back,” making it all his own while at the same time staying true to the tune’s original arrangement.

The Beatles’ 50th anniversary celebrations continue tonight with the Flaming Lips performing “Lucy in the Sky With Diamonds” with special guest Sean Lennon.
