If you haven’t heard of Keyboard Cat yet, it’s time to find out about the coolest cat on the Internet in today’s K-EARTH 101 High-Low Cash Kitty Video of the Day. Way before Grumpy Cat, Lil’ Bub or even the Nyan Cat, Keyboard Cat took over the web with his incredible keyboard talents that has amassed quite a following.

The original Charlie Smidt’s Keyboard Cat video dates back to 1984 and features a cat named ‘Fatso’ dressed in a blue shirt ‘playing’ a catchy tune on the keyboard. The video was later uploaded to YouTube in 2007 where it has grown to over 33 million views, although the original ‘Fatso’ has passed away.

The popularity of Keyboard Cat is nothing to laugh about – this Internet sensation (or a reincarnation of the original) has even just been booked to perform this year’s ‘Puppy Bowl’ half-time show with an appearance from another cat sensation, Lil’ Bub.
