Cameron Diaz Gives Holistic Advice In ‘The Body Book’

Some would say that actress Cameron Diaz has a body to die for and now she is sharing just how she got that body in her new holistic guide The Body Book: The Law of Hunger, the Science of Strength, and Other Ways to Love Your Amazing Body.

In the book, Diaz, 41, gives intimate advice on several topics including nutrition, fitness and ways for women to “stop hating their bodies, understand them, take care of their bodies and put that energy that they would be turning on themselves in a negative way out to the world in a positive way.”

One chapter in the book, Diaz also encourages women to embrace their natural hairy state and leave your lady parts fully dressed, if you know what I mean.

She also opens up about her battle with acne and how it affected her writing, “it was awkward and embarrassing and frustrating, and I always felt really bad about myself,” according to USA Today.
