Will Ferrell showed off his school pride while visiting his old alma mater at the University of Southern California on Monday.
Ferrell returned to USC along with friend and fellow alum, Craig Pollard, for a talk with students on their “careers, friendship, and life philosophies,” according to Huffington Post.
Ferrell serves as the celebrity spokesman for Pollard’s charity Cancer For College, which “provides scholarships to students and families facing the financial hardship of cancer and college.”
While the event was hosted all for a good cause, Ferrell couldn’t resist turning on his comedy magic for a hilarious spectacle in which he leads the Spirit Of Troy marching band.
Ferrell marches out with the USC marching band dressed in full cardinal and gold armor, gladiator sandals and wielding a sword. Always doing the unexpected, Ferrell kept the laughs coming as he wandered around the stage in mock confusion as the band made its exit.
