Dancing Dodgers Bear Does The Splits On Cardinals’ Dugout

Every team needs a mascot to rally up the crowd, but one fan’s attempt to become the unofficial Dodgers mascot didn’t pan out so well with security.

A fan dressed as a bear wearing a Dodgers shirt ran out on top of the Cardinals’ dugout at the top of the ninth inning to get the crowd hyped up.

He strutted across the dugout clapping his hands, jumping in the air and even got a couple splits in his short routine before security arrived and escorted the dancing bear out of the game.

The YouTube user thegoodbyemailbox who uploaded the video of the bear’s dance wrote, “I was wondering why this guy was wearing bear pants during the whole game. I finally figured out why in the top of the ninth. I guess every team needs a mascot.”

At least the fan was smart enough to wait until the last inning of the game for his antics. But the bear left so many questions unanswered after he graced us with his presence. Firstly, how did this fan sneak a bear costume through security and most importantly…who is this bear?!?

RIP, dancing Dodgers Bear. Thanks for the memories.
