Paul McCartney Rocks Hollywood Boulevard

Hundreds of fans packed into a closed off portion of Hollywood Boulevard for a once in a lifetime concert from a living legend, Sir Paul McCartney.

McCartney appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live Monday night to promote his upcoming album New, and gave fans a spirited 15-song performance right in the heart of Hollywood, even after the cameras stopped rolling.

McCartney first sat down with Kimmel to reminisce about The Beatles first ever performance in Los Angeles (which happened at the Hollywood Bowl), the first time meeting Elvis Presley, and of course talk about his new music coming out on Sept. 30th.

Many of our own K-EARTH 101 listeners were lucky enough to get tickets to be in the crowd for this spectacular show. Hear some of their stories seeing Paul up close, meeting him after the show, and even getting to shake his hand! Beatlemania is still alive and well.

Recap McCartney’s interview on Jimmy Kimmel Live in the clips below and catch his Hollywood performance streaming live on the Jimmy Kimmel Live Stream on MySpace.
