Paul McCartney To Shut Down Hollywood With Free Concert On ‘Kimmel’
It’s almost too good to be true. Sir Paul McCartney will be shutting down Hollywood Boulevard when he takes the stage for a free outdoor concert on Jimmy Kimmel Live next week!
McCartney will visit Kimmel in the heart of Hollywood on Monday, Sept. 23rd for a brief interview to promote his upcoming album New, reports USA Today. Afterwards, McCartney will take the stage outside on a closed quarter-mile stretch of Hollywood Blvd. where an expected record-breaking crowds will pack their way in for a chance to see the Beatle legend in person.
The following night, Kimmel will keep Hollywood shut down to welcome pop-superstar Justin Timberlake on stage for a free outdoor concert. Timberlake also has a new album, The 20/20 Experience, 2 of 2, coming out on Sept. 30.
For fans who can’t make it to the free show, you’re in luck, because the entire concert will be available on the Jimmy Kimmel Live Stream right after the show airs on the West Coast.
McCartney releases his 16th studio album New on Oct. 15th, his first release of new material since 2007’s Memory Almost Full.
