Comedian Craig Shoemaker’s Hilarious ‘Daditude’ On Raising Kids
This morning we welcomed comedian Craig Shoemaker to the show to talk about his hilarious stand up show this Saturday at the Saban Theater, which makes for a perfect gift for Father’s Day.
Just in time for dad’s big day, Craig is taking the stage with his witty commentary on raising his three sons, which he also highlights in his Daditude DVD, out now on Amazon.com.
“It’s all about adjusting our ‘daditude’ and raising the kids now,” said Craig on his stand up. “As soon as they turn thirteen, I think a mothership takes them away and puts something in their place. That’s why they have zits because they’re getting used to the new skin suit they’re wearing – it’s really an alien in there!”
In addition to his hilarious stand up, Craig also does a spot-on impression of Don Knotts, which he tells us he even imitated him in the movie Pleasantville.
“In the movie Pleasantville, if you listen closely…[Don] was sick, so I replaced his voice, it’s called looping,” said Craig.
You can catch Craig Shoemaker performing this Saturday, June 15th at the Saban Theater in Beverly Hills at 9 p.m. For tickets visit, craigshoemaker.com.
