Typically when nightly news anchor Brian Williams’ name comes up, you don’t immediately think “gangster rapper,” but thanks to Late Night With Jimmy Fallon, we get to see Williams in a new hip hop light.

Fallon has been debuting mash-up videos of Williams performing hip hop songs “Ain’t Nuthin’ But A ‘G’ Thang” by Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg and most recently “Regulate” by Warren G using clips from his news reports.

It all started on Wednesday when Williams was a guest on Jimmy Fallon, and his talented editing team debuted the first mash-up video that made Williams appear to rap the lyrics Snoop and Dre’s hit. The video was such a hit, the team struck back the next night with another mash-up of Williams rapping to Warren G.

Even if you aren’t a fan of hip hop, these videos are just entertaining on their own, and something tells us that there are more of these mash-ups to come.
