Did You Know: “Say It Isn’t So” By Hall & Oates

Today’s ‘Tickets @ 2’ song is “Say It Isn’t So” by Hall & Oates. It was written by Daryl Hall during the duo’s supporting tour for H2O.

The sessions took place in in September 1983 at Electric Lady studio in New York City. The song’s arrangement was developed in the studio at the session with backing vocals inspired by the Flamingo’s 1959 version of “I Only Have Eyes for You.”

When you hear it play between two and three we’ll take lucky caller #13 at 1-800-232-KRTH (5784) to win a pair of tickets to see Flashdance – The Musical coming to the Segerstrom Center for The Arts May 7th through the 19th. Good Luck!
