It was a stunning start to season 16 of Dancing With The Stars and the new crop of celebs showed up to make a big first impression!

Country star and former American Idol Kelly Pickler proved that it was her night to shine doing a terrific cha cha cha that made her one of the front runner’s right off the bat with a score of 21/30.

Boxer and friend of the Morning Show, Victor Ortiz did a nice fox trot that earned him a solid score of 18/30, but not doing so great with her fox trot was Real Housewife Lisa Vanderpump.

Former Olympic gold medal figure skater Dorothy Hamill melted the dance floor with her contemporary dance putting her as one of the top leaders with a score of 21/30. Even Baltimore Ravens Jacoby Jones had some rhythm with his cha cha cha, but it was the show’s youngest contestant ever, 16-year-old Zendaya Coleman who wowed the crowd with her contemporary dance.

Zendaya earned the highest score of the night with 24/30 with comedian D.L Hughley earning the lowest for his cha cha cha with a score of only 12/30.

Next Monday, the contestants stick around for another round of dances before eliminations begin on Tuesday, March 26 on ABC.  Listen below to the full recap of the season premiere of Dancing With The Stars!
