Check ‘Tickets @ 2′ this afternoon for the Huey Lewis and the News Hit “If This Is It.”

It was the fourth release from their number-one album Sports in 1984, and became their fifth top-ten and third consecutive number-six hit on the Billboard Hot 100.

If you remember the music video on MTV, it was shot on the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. For the scene where most of the band appears to be buried up to their heads in sand, the band claims to have really been buried.

When you hear it play between two and three we’ll take caller #8 at 1-800-232-KRTH (5784) to win a pair of tickets to see the Pacific Symphony perform Gershwins: Here To Stay, at the Segerstrom Center For the Arts.
