Today on ‘Tickets @ 2′ it’s a Fleetwood Mac smash, “Over My Head.”

It was written by group keyboardist/vocalist Christine McVie, it came out in September of 1975. She composed the song using a portable Hohner electric piano in a Malibu apartment she shared with then husband and Fleetwood Mac bassist John McVie.

The words seem – though Christine never confirmed it, seemed to refer to her troubled marriage, which would end in divorce in 1976.

When we play it between two and three we’ll take caller # 7 at 1-800-232-KRTH (5784) to win a pair of tickets to see the Pacific Symphony perform the songs of Gershwin.
