We’ve said it many times before, but today could be the day that actress Lindsay Lohan is sentenced to jail time.
Lohan is due back in court this morning to face three misdemeanor charges stemming from her car crash on the PCH back in June. Lohan was charged for lying to the cops saying she wasn’t behind the wheel in the crash, reckless driving and resisting an officer.
In a surprising turn, Lohan fired her longtime defense attorney Shawn Holley Monday, who has kept her out of jail on previous cases. She’s hired Mark Heller who is representing Lohan in an assault case in New York City, according to TMZ.
Lohan doesn’t have to appear in court today since it’s only misdemeanor charges, but faces up to three years in jail if convicted and additional jail time if her probation from her theft case is revoked.
