Stevie Wonder once again lives up to his wonderful name after he made a $100,000 donation to a 10-year-old Hermosa Beach girl who’s battling a rare form of cancer.
Following in the footsteps of Charlie Sheen, who just last week donated $75K to the cancer fund for Jasmine Faulk, Stevie one-upped his check last Saturday during his House Full Of Toys concert at Nokia Theatre by inviting little Jasmine and her father up on stage to claim a check for $100K.
Stevie also gave Jasmine a special treat by serenading her on stage with his classic hit “Isn’t She Lovely,” to which Jasmine responded by giving Stevie a giant hug and saying “I love you Stevie” after the song.
According to TMZ, Jasmine’s father is a Hermosa Beach police officer who has also worked privately for Stevie since 1997. Take a listen below to Stevie singing to Jasmine at the show!
