Two radio DJs in Australia found themselves with the telephone number to the King Edward VII Hospital in London where Kate Middleton has been admitted for morning sickness due to her recently announced pregnancy.

So what do they do with the number? Call it of course! But who they get through to and what information they were able to get out even surprises the DJs themselves.

The personalities Mel Greig and Michael Christian called up the hospital in their best impersonations of the Queen, Prince Charles and the Royal Corgis and were transferred to Kate’s personal nurse, and then the fun began.

“If this has worked, it’s  the easiest prank call we’ve ever made,” said Michael before being transferred through.

Pretending to be the Queen and Prince Charles, they act as though they’re checking in on how Kate’s “little tummy bug” is going, and were able to get some very personal details about her condition from the nurse. Mel even asks the nurse when would be a convenient time to visit her “grand-daughter” and gets a response!
