Is Jermaine Jackson sick of being a ‘Jackson’? Well, not exactly.

Michael’s older brother went to court on Wednesday to file an official request to change his last name from ‘Jackson’ to ‘Jacksun,’ reports TMZ.

He filed a petition to change his famous last name to something a little brighter, citing the name-change because of “artistic reasons” but doesn’t go into further detail.

The request hasn’t been approved by a judge yet, but a hearing is scheduled for Feb. 27th. What do you think of Jermaine’s request to change his last name?
