Veterans Day is this Sunday, Nov. 11th and K-EARTH 101 is inviting you to join Gary Bryan for a free Veterans Day festival to honor all those who served our country!
Show your appreciation for all veterans this Saturday, Nov. 10th for the first annual Veterans Day Appreciation Festival at the Port of Los Angeles.
The festival is free and open to the public and features plenty of family-friendly activities like live music, a resource fair, a kid’s zone, free food, patriotic Harley rides and more!
Gary Bryan will be on site at the festival and to take a tour of the USS Iowa Naval Battleship, deemed the “World’s Greatest Naval Ship.” The battleship built in 1940 has served our country for over 50 years and is now at its new home at the Port of L.A. as an interactive museum.
Self-guided tours of the USS Iowa are also always available to the public at the price of admission, but on the day of the festival, Veterans gain free passes to the ship!
The Veterans Day Appreciation Festival runs from 1 – 4 p.m. on Saturday. For more information and schedule of events, visit the PortofLosAngeles.org.
