Stevie Wonder is fired up about the upcoming election.
In hopes to get others equally as pumped for Obama, the singer has released a new song called “Keep Moving Forward.”
The song, which he released on Friday (October 26), focuses on the President’s accomplishments like healthcare and education.
Sounding a bit like something out of a Bollywood movie, Wonder sings, “The common man deserves a chance, Barack’s the one who’ll take the stance.”
The chorus then repeats Wonder’s message: “Keep moving forward, don’t turn around. Keep moving forward, we can’t turn back now.”
Wonder hasn’t been shy about his support for Obama. In 2008, he recorded a commercial telling voters “it’s time to bring this country back to a good future,” urging Americans to get out there and vote.
During that campaign, Obama often played Wonder’s song “Signed, Sealed and Delivered I’m Yours” after his speeches. The singer then performed the song at the Democratic National Convention.
