Tonight’s CBS 2 News hidden camera investigation with David Goldstein will look into what’s happened since Governor Jerry Brown issued an executive order that required state agencies to cut the state’s passenger vehicle fleet in half to save money.

The investigation found that several employees at a state agency haven’t been following the order and were caught driving rental trucks like they were their own personal vehicles on the tax payer’s money.

David ended up catching up with the Governor to show him the video, but in a strange turn of events, ended up being accused by the Governor of being “like a thug” and trying to conceal the tape even while David was trying to show him the footage in person.

“We wanted to show the tape to the Governor and he didn’t want to see it,” said David. “We didn’t take no for an answer, and we went to one of the public events with the Governor last week…and he turned on me saying ‘why are you concealing that tape?'”

You can listen to David’s heated confrontation with Jerry Brown in the clip below, and be sure to tune in to CBS 2 News at 11 to see the entire investigation.
