Have you ever had a disastrous outcome with one of your yearbook photos or ever taken a bad picture that doesn’t really represent your true self? You know that feeling when you see of bad photo of yourself and you just wish you could hide it away forever (especially when friends tag embarrassing pictures of you on Facebook), but imagine having that photo printed for all your peers to see.

That’s what happened to a young student in Sweden with her yearbook photo. Tilde Norgaard, a student at the Maneskold school in Lidkoping, got quite the shock when she opened to her picture in the yearbook and saw a third eye right smack dab in the middle of her forehead staring back at her.

“First everyone was laughing, Tilde too, because we thought it was funny,” Tilde’s sister Anna said, according to the Huffington Post UK. “But then we noticed it made her sad and we realized it was actually quite bad that they never noticed the mistake.”

Thankfully, the girl and her family were compensated with $225 for the embarrassing mistake and the school will reissue corrected yearbooks.
