Heart Gets A Star On The Walk Of Fame

The sisters of rock and roll, Ann and Nancy Wilson of Heart, were honored with the 2481st star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame this afternoon for their achievements in music.

Located in the coveted spot just outside the Musicians Institute on Hollywood Blvd., Ann and Nancy accepted their plaques and posed for pictures with the star in front of loyal Heart fans watching the ceremony.

Over their 40+ years in music, Heart has sold over 35 million albums upon breaking out in 1976 with hits “Crazy On You” and “Magic Man.” Even now, Nancy, 58, and Ann, 62, are still rattling fans to the bone with their blend of gritty guitar hooks and Ann’s signature high-octave scream.
