How to make Coconut Sriracha Corn on the Cob:
- Boil corn with 1/4 stick of butter and two branches of Thyme. Grill corn for 15-20 minutes
- Mix mayonnaise and sriracha hot chili sauce with a pinch of salt and pepper together in a bowl.
- Cook coconut in a pan on the stove until browned.
- Apply sauce mixture to corn and roll in coconut.
