Dom Irrera — the number 79th comedian out of the top 100 comedians of all time — is bringing the laughs this weekend for a show at the Laugh Factory in Long Beach!

Dom called in this morning to talk about the show and a little known fact most people don’t know about him; he was in one of the biggest cult comedies of all time, The Big Lebowski!

Dom told us a story about how he almost killed the Cohen brothers, Joel and Ethan, and Jeff Bridges in the car he was driving during his limo scene!  Well, it was more of just a dinger at 5 mph during a driving scene.

“They put these screens on to block the sun out, and I knew to stay away from the telephone poles on the side of the road. So me being Mr. cocky wiseguy – boom – hit one of them,” said Dom.

Dom is also a big supporter of Gary Byran’s G.I. Comedy Boot Camps every year, and says he loves giving back to the community through his comedy.

“How nice is it to be able to do something good for people and all you have to do is your act?” said Dom.
