Police in British Columbia said they have identified a motorcyclist who filmed himself driving 186 mph and urged him to surrender to authorities.

The Saanich Police Department said the motorcyclist in the online video, which had amassed nearly 1 million views, has been identified as Randy Scott and he has now been added to the department’s “most wanted” list.

Police said Scott filmed himself driving 186 mph in a 50 mph zone on a busy part of the Trans-Canada highway April 6.
