Paula Deen Reveals 30 Pound Weight Loss
It was just six months ago when Food Network star Paula Deen announced she had been living with type 2 diabetes for nearly three years, but she has now dramatically turned her life around.
Paula graces this week’s cover of People magazine showing off her incredible 30 pound slim-down and how she dropped the weight in just six months.
Paula tells People, “I do think differently now [about food]. I’m more aware.”
Knowing she needed to take action on her health, Paula started on a new diet plan that cut out the southern deep-fried foods and added more Greek salads and baked fish.
“It took me a couple of years to get to this point. If you make a few small changes, they can add up to big results,” Paula added.
