It’s that time of the season when kids are out of school, and those old enough are taking on summer jobs to earn a little extra spending cash!
But let’s face it, summer jobs were never ideal as a teenager. You’re stuck behind the counter or inside a store all day for very little pay when you’d much rather be soaking in the sun at the beach or heading to the movies with friends.
Or worse, maybe you were subjected to hard labor mowing your neighbor’s lawn or helping dad out fixing up the house in the sweltering heat. Yeah, we’ve all been there.
So this morning, we’re looking back at some of the terrible first summer jobs many of us had to endure as teens. Remember your first summer job? Tell us in the comments below and we’ll share it on air!
