Robots Do The “Thriller” Dance

The future is officially here. A group of sophisticated robots built by Aldebaran Robotics and programmed by MIT’s Patrick Bechon and Jean-Jacques Slotine have accomplished the complex dance routine to Michael Jackson’s “Thriller.”

The movement of the group of NAO Robots were synchronized to the music of “Thriller” using coupled oscillators to mimic the iconic “Thriller” moves. We’re not sure what all that means, but it sure looks amazing.
