There’s always a fun and delicious time to be had in New Orleans and every Spring, during the last weekend of April and the first weekend of May it gets, well… even “funner!”
The New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival draws music lovers from all over the country to “The Big Easy” for big name performances in Rock, Pop, Blues, Jazz, R&B, Country, Zydeco and local Louisiana music. Not only that, along with the great music on stages and tents, there is more great tasting local Creole and Cajun food than most people could imagine being available all in one place. It’s fantastic!
This years headliners included: Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band, The Beach Boys, Foo Fighters, Cee Lo Green, Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers, Maze featuring Frankie Beverly, Al Green, Bonnie Raitt and many, many, MANY, more! If you ever get a chance to go…take it! You’ll have a fabulous time in a unique and beautiful city.
