OFFICIAL RULES

1. HOW TO ENTER

a. These rules govern the K-EARTH 101 BEAT THE PUMP promotion (the “Promotion”) being conducted by KRTH FM (the “Station”) beginning on Monday, January 2, 2012 at 8:00am Pacific Time (“PT”) and ending on Friday, December 28, 2012 at 8:00am PT. The Station reserves the right to terminate the Promotion prior to Friday, December 28, 2012 and also reserves the right not to run the Promotion on any given day.

b. To participate in the Promotion, you must listen to KRTH FM each week day from Monday, January 2, 2012 through Wednesday, February 15, 2012 between the hours of 8:00am-9:00am PT and starting Thursday, February 16, 2012 through Friday, December 28, 2012 between the hours of 7:00am-8:00am PT for the announcement of the cue to call. Upon hearing the cue to call, the designated number caller (as announced by the on-air personality prior to the cue to call) to get through to the Station contest line at 1-800-232-KRTH will be able to play BEAT THE PUMP. The Contestant must listen to a pre-recorded tape. This recording will announce various amounts of gallons of gas. At the time of their call, callers will be required to provide all information requested including their full name, complete address (including zip code), day and evening phone numbers and date of birth in order to be eligible to win. In the event that the selected caller is disconnected or is found to be ineligible, the next eligible caller that successfully makes it through on the call-in line and completes their call will be a winner.
