Former Desperate Housewives star Nicollette Sheridan has been in a grueling court case in recent weeks, in which she’s seeking $6 million in damages after she claims she was wrongfully terminated from the show. The case was declared a mistrial after the jury deadlocked in their verdict 8-4 in favor of Sheridan during the trial on Monday, where a vote of 9-3 was needed in order for her to win the case.
TMZ’s Harvey Levin joined us this morning to offer his professional explanation of what will happen next with the case, plus get us caught up with the latest entertainment news including Dancing With The Stars and the “Kony 2012” creator’s breakdown.
Harvey said he wasn’t surprised that the Nicollette Sheridan case was declared a mistrial, and say he has no doubt that what will happen next is “Disney is gonna settle this for a lot of money.”
