The year 2012 is on track to become the year of Bruce. The year is already off to a huge start with a brand new single, “We Take Care Of Our Own,” released from the upcoming [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band[/lastfm] album Wrecking Ball.

And if you thought it couldn’t get any better than brand new music from Bruce, The Boss has announced the first leg of a 19-date U.S. tour starting next month that includes a stop right here in Los Angeles!

This is the first tour for the band since 2009’s ‘Working On A Dream’ tour, and also the first tour that will be absent of iconic E Street Band sax-man Clarence Clemons since his passing last June.

The tour kicks off in Atlanta on March 18th and wraps up in The Boss’ home state in New Jersey on May 2nd.

There are limited west coast dates at this time, so avid Springsteen fans might want to jump on the two California dates, including his stop in L.A. at the Los Angeles Memorial Sports Arena on April 26th (tickets go on sale Feb. 3).

Springsteen’s new album, Wrecking Ball, will be crashing in on shelves on March 6th!
