Paul McCartney Names New Album ‘Kisses On The Bottom,’ Releases New Track “My Valentine”

After keeping the title of his first new album in years hush-hush, [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Paul McCartney[/lastfm] finally revealed the ‘cheeky’ name for his new cover album as Kisses On The Bottom!

The title was confirmed by McCartney’s reps after reports that the LP title was leaked online, and Sir Paul has even released the first new track from the album called “My Valentine” featuring [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Eric Clapton[/lastfm]!

Kisses On The Bottom, which features a collection of classic American standards that Paul considers “songs which inspired the songs” he and John Lennon composed with The Beatles, is due out on Feb. 7th — just in time to get your sweetheart the perfect Valentine’s Day gift of new music from Macca!

And speaking of Valentine’s Day, Paul has release the first of two brand new tracks he’s written in addition to his tributes on the album. The song is a collaboration with Eric Clapton titled “My Valentine,” which you can listen in the audio below!
