The Top Ten Most Netflix’d Movies Of All-Time

Despite having a rough summer with falling stocks and losing subscribers, the popular DVD/streaming company Netflix still caters to over 24 million subscribers. The entertainment company recently released their top ten most rented movies in its history, with a surprising Oscar-winning film taking the number one spot!

10. No Country For Old Men (2007)

The Coen Brother’s Best Picture winner starred Javier Bardem and Josh Brolin in this chilling adaptation of Cormac McCarthy’s novel.

  • RainbowRay

    1. PATCH ADAMS (1998)–Robin Williams
    Inspiration for RainbowRay

    2. Naked Gun series of Movies (The Police Squad)
Talk about comedies with “perfect timing” with
humor. Laugh splitting, gut wrenching humor.
We miss you Leslie Nielson (A fine Canadian actor
    by the way)

    3. The Polar Express-Tom Hanks
Ranks up there with “IT’s A Wonderful Life”
(Fiona “Fee-Fi” makes a Wonderful Wife which should
also be in this top 10 list , but I chose this as ONE of
my favorite Christmas movies of all time.

    4.The Spelling Bee
I’ve seen this movie three times and love it (i also love
S-P-E-L-L-I-N-G (is that how you spell “Spelling”? HA!)
B-e-e-‘S and have seen some of the Scripps Spelling
Bee that is held every year in Washington D.C. (what a
    “capitol” idea!)

    5. Blind Side–Sandra Bullock
A heart warming, inspiring and mucho inspirational movie
that tugs at the heart strings. I’ve seen this movie twice
and would highly recommend it to give yourself a lift,
    especially at Christmas time.

    6. The Bucket List–Jack Nicholson, Morgan Freeman
Everyone should have A BUCKET LIST. I’m making
one to do with Fiona and I’m asking her to do the same
    with me.

    7. Pete’s Dragon (1977)–Helen Reddy
From Walt Disney, I cherish this movie from childhood
and have seen it as recently as a year or so ago (again).
    Bring’s back memories.

    8. The Godfather series (1972, 1974, 1994)
The best mobster movies EVER made in my
opinion. Would you like to hear my Marlon
Brando, Don Corleon impression? Ahem (throat
clearing with cotton in my mouth) I’d like to welcome you
on this the day of my daughter’s wedding!”
    How was that? Pretty good?

    9. The Sound of Music (1965)-Julie Andrews, Christopher
I think everyone has seen this movie at least once in
    their lives, right? A classic!

    10. 12 Angry Men–Henry Fonda (1950’s)
A great legal drama about a jury trying to come to a
verdict in a famous trial, but one man (Fonda)
disagrees wit the verdict, causing an uproar
    amongst the other jurors.

“From peanuts to popcorn, I remain your’s, RainbowRay”

“Sharing is caring and caring is sharing; living is giving and living is giving”
