TMZ’s Harvey Levin: Conrad Murray Was ‘Screwed’ After Doing Michael Jackson Documentary

On Tuesday morning,  Conrad Murray was sentenced to the maximum of four years in jail by Judge Michael Pastor, and to give us his expert take on the ruling was TMZ’s Harvey Levin.

Harvey called in to the morning show to share his reaction and what he thought was the deciding factor that enraged the judge to give Murray the max sentence.

From the moment the judge started speaking, said Harvey, “you could tell…you could hear it in the judge’s voice” that the max sentence would be given to Murray.

According to Harvey, Murray “screwed himself by doing that documentary. The judge was so pissed off…he literally could not contain his contempt.” The judge mentioned the documentary over and over in court and cited Murray’s lack of guilt for the death of Michael Jackson that ultimately led to his decision.

“I think it was that lack of remorse and that slowing responsibility in the victim that just pissed the judge off,” Harvey said.
