Highlights of the interview:

  • The chef made a special Lobster guacamole with farm fresh raised lobster, especially for “Shotgun Tom”.
  • Chef Shuttle Experience – It’s a hideaway and an experience a couple on their honeymoon will never forget.  Guests are taken to a remote mountain where local farmers gather on weekends and locals shop for the freshest fruits and vegetables.  The ingredients purchased are then prepared for the guests.
  • The Resort supports local farmers since the food is fresh and it’s their way of giving back to the community.
  • Just about everything is organic.

    All that talk about food and seeing that food reminded me of Fiona (she has a lovely bunch of coconuts as well). HA! HA! She’s my pineapple. Pass the “poi” Fiona honey? Like I said many times before, love makes a fool out of you and I’m pretty used to it now.
