Disney Chef Moises Carranza Cooks Up Spooky Treats For The K-EARTH 101 Morning Show

It’s Halloween Time at Disneyland Resort and we were joined by Moises Carranza, the Chef d’Cuisine, from the Blue Bayou restaurant in New Orleans Square to talk about all the delicious treats at the park this morning!

Mosses stopped by to bring us some seasonal treats in spooky plastic coffins from some of the restaurants around New Orleans Square, including a three peppercorn bisque and a Muffaletta.

Now unfortunately the Blue Bayou restaurants is currently closed, but it will re open to the public the day before Thanksgiving.
