Billboard Magazine’s Readers Pick The Top 10 Music Videos of the 80s

In conjunction with the 30th anniversary of MTV this past Monday, Billboard ask its readers to pick the top 10 music videos of the 80s played on MTV, back when the network was known for actually playing music videos.

Check out which videos from the 80s made the list.  Do you agree with these songs or would you pick something other ones?

#10 – Janet Jackson “Rhythm Nation”

#9 – Police “Every Breath You Take”

#8 – Run D.M.C and Aerosmith “Walk This Way

#7 – Duran Duran “Hungry Like A Wolf”

#6 – Peter Gabriel “Sledgehammer”

#5 – Prince “When Doves Cry”

(The actual full video is not online since Prince does not like his music to be online)

#4 – A-Ha “Take On Me”

#3 – Cyndi Lauper “Girls Just Want To Have Fun”

#2 – Madonna “Like A Prayer”

#1 – Michael Jackson “Thriller”
