We learned Tuesday that Charlie Sheen is the next roastee for the Comedy Central Roast in September, and he is hoping to knock the wind out of Ashton Kutcher’s sails. Sheen is set to tape the Roast September 10th here in L.A. and it will broadcast 9 days later on Comedy Central, which just happens to be the same night of the season 8 premiere of Two and a Half Men starring Sheen’s new replacement, Kutcher.

And if Charlie doesn’t watch what he says at the roast, he could face more legal action from his ex-wife Brook Mueller if her name is mentioned at all during the program.

The Roast will go up directly against Two and a Half Men, and TMZ is reporting Sheen’s ex Brook Mueller is threatening legal action if her name is brought up.

Sheen says he’s been providing kindling for the Roast for quite some time now, but nothing is gonna be off-limits according to Sheen, which means he could get sued by Brook. I guess we will have to wait and see.
