Poll: The Casey Anthony Murder Trial – The Jury Is Deliberating

Jurors in the Casey Anthony capital murder trial ended their first day of deliberations Monday without reaching a decision as to whether she is guilty of killing her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee, in 2008.  Deliberations began after prosecutors completed closing arguments in the case and the panel received instructions from Orange County Chief Judge Belvin Perry Jr. He released the jurors for the day at 6 p.m., some five hours and 50 minutes after they got the case. They will resume deliberations at 8:30 a.m. today.

Casey Anthony, 25, is charged with seven counts, including first-degree murder; aggravated manslaughter of a child; aggravated child abuse; and four counts of providing false information to law enforcement. If convicted of first-degree murder, she could receive the death penalty.

I believe that Casey Anthony is guilty of Murder 1. However, as the Prosecuting Attorney stated “too much rhetoric, and the common sense will be lost”. This trial has gone on far too long.

Can’t she also be found of Murder in the 2nd degree?? I know she can also be convicted of 1st degree if they find aggravated child abuse………..just wondering???

As we understand it, the potential charges are set… so if it’s not Murder 1, it’s Manslaughter.

Simple, she admitted in the beginning she knew the poor baby was gone.
She was found, sadly, tossed away.
    So 3 possibilities
1- it was an accident ie: drowned in pool ( I didn’t see evidence of this claim)
2- she maybe left the child in the car and came back to find her passed away
3- she vindictively took her life away
    1- no
    2&3 – murder 1

Baez said many times years ago that he plans to go after media, television, bloggers and sites for damages after the conclusion of this case, and I believe he will. He will be one of the riches people in the world soon, and many will fall to their demise as a result of their crimes against Casey Anthony and her defense team.

Yippie!๐Ÿ™‚ Just how much of our money did the prosecution waste on this ridiculous case? If it is more than one-cent, they spent way too much money based upon their pitiful presentation. Ashton has already resigned, now heโ€™s ready to be sized for an inmate uniform.
