To win those Sea World San Diego tickets and dinner for two at El Torito be listening for [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Marvin Gaye[/lastfm]‘s “How Sweet It Is (To Be Loved By You)” on ‘Tickets @2′ this afternoon between two and three.

Motown songwriters Holland-Dozier-Holland wrote it as inspired by the trademark line of Jackie Gleason, “How sweet it is!” as was said on the Jackie Gleason TV Show.

The song became a #5 hit for [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]James Taylor[/lastfm] when he covered it in 1975.

In 2001, ESPN used this as background music in a Father’s Day tribute featuring athletes and their fathers or kids. The network didn’t realize that Gaye had been shot by his father in 1984.

On a happier note caller #5 scores Sea World San Diego tickets and dinner for two at El Torito; 1-800-232-KRTH (5784).
