Taking his On The Run tour out for another spin two years later, [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Paul McCartney[/lastfm] is heading out for another stint of stadium concerts at some of America’s most beloved baseball fields. Due to an overwhelming demand of tickets for his previously announced date at the new Yankee Stadium, the former Beatle has added yet another New York date, plus three others around the country!
It’s been two years since McCartney’s last On The Run tour first kicked off at Citi Field in NYC (which is documented on his Good Evening New York City CD/DVD combo), and now he’s going on tour of American baseball stadiums once again this summer.
In addition to his previously announced Yankee Stadium show on July 15th, McCartney has confirmed another NYC date for July 16th, which will mark his first shows ever at the stadium.
He’s also going cross-country and stopping for shows at Comerica Park, Wrigley Field and The Great American Ball Park that will all feature nearly three hours of his most famous hits spanning the entire spectrum of his career! For more information and tickets, visit PaulMcCartney.com.
